We provide intentional coaching for individuals and teams seeking growth in leadership and life by helping you tap into your own wisdom to gain clarity and unlock new possibilities.

Our approach takes into account the whole person and encourages a journey of exploration with deep curiosity, empathy, and light-heartedness at the center.

We bring two primary approaches to our work:

Values-based coaching

This focuses on unearthing whether and to what extent your personal values manifest in how you exist and interact with the world and those around you. It supports a reflective practice in parallel with a values-based exploration that encourages alignment across all facets of your life so that how you show up honors who you want to be in this world.

Thought awareness coaching

This focuses on becoming aware of mental patterns that influence your state of mind (e.g., ability to focus or be in the moment) and contribute to negative emotions (e.g., anxiety, frustration, impatience). It leans on mindfulness practices to help you better understand your thought patterns from a place of non-judgement and curiosity so that you can intercept them. Through this approach you’ll weaken (and eventually prevent) thought patterns that don’t serve you–and in fact work against you–and strengthen those that do.

We believe it is time to push back against the status quo that encourages an endless cycle of productivity and achievement without taking into account the complexity of our needs as humans.

Our value extends beyond our work and accomplishments. As human beings, we are inherently worthy of security, love, connection, rest, and play. Coaching is a key step to shifting these paradigms and uncovering a new way of being.
